Lost & Found is a short atmospheric narrative puzzle game set inside the lost-and-found office of an old railway station nearing its final closure.

You play as the station’s last lost-and-found clerk.

One day, a mysterious passenger arrives searching for an old train ticket connected to the station’s forgotten past.

But something is wrong.

The ticket changes whenever you look away.

By turning between the passenger and the storage room, you must observe the ticket’s different states, piece together the clues, and return it in its correct form.

The game contains one complete puzzle, centered entirely around a single lost train ticket and the relationship between the station’s ruined present and its vibrant past.
